Hi guys!!
This tip is for all you gym-bunnies out there. The No.7 Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser has instructions as to its use but I have found a super cheat which allows it to work so much better!!
After you hop into the shower before going to the steam room after a hard session in the gym, take a minute to apply some of the No.7 Hot Cloth Cleanser to your face, rub in circular motions as you would normally, and then go into the steam room. Let the steam open your pores and allow the cleanser to sink in. While your in the steam room, massage the cleanser into your face every so often. When you're done in the steam room, take a proper shower and use a muslin cloth or a flannel to gently buff off the cleanser.
After all that is said and done, don't forget to moisturize your skin with your favorite moisturizer, I used my Garnier Pure Skin blemish control lotion.
I have found this method so useful and my skin has been amazing because of the extra help it has been getting in the steam room!
If you try this tip please do let me know in a comment or tweet me!

Review: Dove Silky Nourishing Body Cream
My name is Amy and I am, as my mother would say, "A divil for forgetting things". Things like moisturizing. For the brief time I was using the Nivea In-Shower stuff, I was religious at it, but I finished it, never repurchased and life went on... albeit a bit more flakily.
Then my mother gifted me this glorious tub of thick, lightly scented cream!
This cream is heavenly and you need it in your life. It's rich, creamy, sinks in quickly with no residue and it smells divine!! A little scoop with your finger is enough for each part of your body, which means the tub with last a long time before you have to replace it.
Personally, I find this cream so much better after a round of intense scrubbing with Tough Stuff! Talk abut your killer combo!!
Have you tried the Dove Silky Nourishing range?
Is there anything I should try?
Drop me a comment and let me know!

#LetsTalkBlogChallenge: Recommend To A Friend
This week post is to recommend things to the other challenge participants. Now, I don't know about you but when you have friends who are bloggers, the recs are always flying around. It's brilliant for trying new things, but not so much when it comes to my bank balance!
So, I'm going to recommend a few things to you, from beauty to books, bloggers and randoms!
Beauty:
Mac Prep and Prime Lip Base. This stuff is amazing. I wore Ruby Woo for whole days with it and not an uncomfortable moment was had, the whole time! Read my full review HERE.
Tangle Teezer. I can't understand how I went so long without one of these, but when I invested, it was true love. It doesn't rip your hair, it doesn't tug or pull, it distributes the oils in your hair and keeps your hair in top nick! I would be lost without my one, it's even great for brushing through curls and waves to mesh them together. Read my full review HERE
Nails
OPI Nail Envy. This stuff is a miracle in a bottle and I haven't even gotten halfway through it in a year. It's pricey but it works so well! A definite must have!!
Books:
The Fault in Our Stars. The movie is due out soon, and I would recommend anyone and everyone to read this masterpiece by John Green. All his books are great but this one is amazing!
TV
Pretty Little Liars. A no-brainer really, PLL is one of my all time favorite shows, and the 5th season is due to start on June 10th. I'm DYING for it, and if you get into it, you'll be hooked too!
Bloggers:
Let's just make this easy, I love all of these beautiful talented ladies and now I'm going to give you a list of names and links. Brace yourself.

Charmander Hair?!
Charmander!! Image: http://oyster.ignimgs.com/ |
I am a child of the 90's and a self confessed nerd to boot, so when I bleach the underside of my hair to create an ombré effect, I refer to it as my Charmander hair!
To get this effect in my hair, I used the Bleach London Dip-Dye Kit. I picked this up in Boots in the Jervis Shopping Centre for €9.49 and the Reincarnation Mask for €7.99, and when I went home I mixed up the bleach powder with the developer cream, applied the blending lotion and then the bleach.
The blending lotion is a protective barrier which allows the bleach to create a gradient effect in your hair by blocking the bleaches ability to strip the pigment from your hair as quickly as the unprotected hair length. This allows for a more professional looking result.
For my "Charmander" look, I separated the top layers and bleached the layers underneath, nearest to my neck. It allows my ombre to look longer with the ginger remaining strongly present and then fading beautifully to a very light blonde. I think it looks brilliant.
The kit seemed quite daunting at forst but it turned out to be very easy to use so don't be worried. The Dip Dye kit also comes with a tube of the Reincarnation Mask for immediate application after rising and shampooing, but I invested in a big one because I really try to look after my lightened hair.
I would totally recommend this kit for anyone looking to try an ombre/dip-dyed look, it's easy, affordable and you do end up looking like the picture on the box!
Are you likely to try this dip-dye kit?
If you have tried it what did you think?

The English Market, Cork
Seafood, and eat it! |
Now while I admit that County Cork has beautiful rolling hills, and Cork City has some amazing architecture, it's The English Market that stuck out to me the most.
I adore food, food is what I'm choosing as a career, I cook when I'm sad or just for fun, so I have a great relationship with food nowadays. The English Market is a heavenly experience if you enjoy food, fresh fruit and veg, oriental supplies, kiosks of sandwiches and fish mongers, cakes, pies, chocolates, artisan produce or even just want an enjoyable walk around a colorful place filled with lively banter and friendly people.
The first stall I visited was Frank Hederman. Frank Hedermans stand is revered by the likes of Heston Blumenthal, so I knew trying it was a must. I got some smoked salmon pate and a big smile. At €3.20 per 100g, this pate was a total bargain, and it was DIVINE! I mean, I ate it with a spoon and no crackers. Yum, yum!
The Chocolate Shop... Swoon! |
We wandered around huge fishmonger stands of crushed ice packed with beautiful fish that smelled beautifully of the sea. There was whole Salmon, Plaice, Rays and loads of beautiful shellfish too, including lobsters.
Next stop was The Chocolate Shop, a smorgasbord of amazing hand made chocolates and other confectioneries. I knew I had to try some so I bought a small box for €6 and they let me pick my 6 chocolates. It was a very grown up "kid in a candy shop" sensation, and the two men behind the counter were absolutely wonderful.
Next stop was upstairs to the balcony where we had a lovely glass of Elder-flower and Raspberry, overlooking the beautiful butcheries. And no, it didn't smell butchery, it was wonderful.
I was even more delighted to visit the English Market, because there was stands and stands of beautiful breads, pies, cakes, and items marketed towards specific dietary requirements. It didn't hurt that we found An Bróg while we were wandering out.
So there you have it, a little insight into The English Market, Cork City. It's amazing, great value, filled with wonderful produce and hilarious people.

Recommended to Red: No.7 Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser
No.7 is not a product I have a lot of experience with. I have one No.7 Eye Primer from YEARS ago and one nail laquer. It's safe to say my knowledge is limited.
Now, Kayleigh, she adores No.7 and I took a recommendation off her about the Hot Cloth Cleanser (find her review HERE) from the Beautiful Skin range. Consider me converted.
Boots were handing out coupons last week for €6.50 off No.7 Skincare, so I took the opportunity to invest in this cleanser. It's gentle, very rich and oh-so creamy. A real winner based on texture alone.
HOW TO USE:
You apply it to your skin with clean hands, rub in small circular motions to allow it to penetrate your pores, run the included muslin cloth under as hot water as you can stand and wring it out.
If you want you can lay back with the hot cloth on your skin for up to five minutes and then use the cloth in circular motions to polish off the cleanser or you can immediately polish it off, skipping the middle step. I alternate between both so I don't over cleanse my skin.
Personally I follow this with my Image Skincare Vital C Hydrating Enzyme Masque twice a week, and then moisturize. The other 5 days I tone using Garnier Pure Skin Toner and moisturize.
My skin hasn't felt so good in ages, and I have to thank Kayliegh for her recommendation because it's a wonderful product.
This cleanser is €12.95 at full price. I got €6.50 off and Boots are still running the coupons so go go go!!!
