Happiest in the middle of nowhere!

What does one really write about themselves under a heading like this?

I'm pretty sure I don't see myself the way others see me. It's inaccurate to write about yourself, so I'll try to lay down the facts!

I'm 28 years young, and a qualified cook, though I am not inclined towards working in that field, I did work in it for a spell. With that being said, I adore food - but this is absolutely not a food blog. Kudos to the folks who run food blogs, but I'm not up to that task... no sir!

Blogging and social media is something I am incredibly passionate about, and I would like to forge a career from it one day. I'm incredibly grateful for any opportunity that comes my way from what started out as a silly distraction from my troubles. This blog is a space I can truly call my own and express myself in a way I find far more useful and cathartic than any other means. As a teenager I wrote, poems, stories, letters. I painted, though progress was always slow. Words are a way I find, not so much easy, as easier when it comes to getting myself across.

So, let me hit you with some adjectives I would probably use to describe myself: open, caring, honest, accepting, stubborn, friendly, bubbly, proud, self-depreciating. I'm liable to burst into song or dance at any given moment, crack an awful joke with a crummy punchline, say something wildly inappropriate (but funny!!) at a funeral, or trip over my own two feet. I can be blunt, mostly because I loathe bullshit, and I appreciate people who tell it like it is. I don't think I'm that great, honestly, and I'm not about to go getting notions about myself.
